What does a DJ in Marbella charge?
There is no single rate. The price follows from the length of the set, the equipment that has to come in and the venue. Every set runs 2 to 8 hours, and an afternoon at a beach club with installed sound costs less than a night at a hillside villa where sound and lighting have to be set up. Give the date, area and guest count and you receive a fixed figure.
What is included in the price?
Preparing the music with you, setup, sound check, the set itself, coordination with the other suppliers and pack-down. Sound and lighting equipment, where needed, is organised with partner suppliers and listed separately with details of what it covers.
What music do you play?
House: deep, melodic, Afro, Latin and classic, with touches of disco, soul or techno depending on the hour. For a whole night of commercial hits there are better-suited DJs, and it is better to know that from the start.
Can you play at a villa inside a gated estate?
Yes. Many estates have controlled access and community rules on noise and hours. Before the event the supplier is registered where required, the villa manager is consulted, and a volume and finishing time are agreed that respect those rules.
Do you bring a sound system?
My mixer, headphones and cabling always come with me. If the venue has no sound, which is common in villas, a system sized for the space is organised with partner suppliers and quoted separately. Hotels and beach clubs normally use what is installed.
Do you play on yachts in Puerto Banús?
Yes. Sound is organised with partner suppliers to suit the boat's power, quoted separately, and placed where the captain says. Volume in the marina is limited, so the livelier part usually waits until the boat is out at sea or at anchor.
How far ahead do I need to book?
On the Costa del Sol the outdoor event season is long, from April to October, with July and August most in demand. For those weeks it is best to ask early; how far ahead depends on the day and the format. Winter usually has more availability.
Can I request songs?
Yes. Before the event we draw up a list of tracks that must be played and another of those that must not. On the night, requests that suit the mood are worked in without breaking the mix.
Do you do small events?
Yes, from a dinner for fifteen on a terrace to galas with several hundred guests. At small events the key is the level: people should be able to talk while the music keeps the evening moving.
Which languages do you speak to guests in?
Spanish, English and German. Marbella parties often bring together guests of several nationalities, so announcements can be made in more than one language. They stay short and to the point; at most private parties, the fewer the better.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. I invoice companies and private clients with whatever details your accounts need, including when an agency or event planner is the one booking.
How long is the set?
Between 2 and 8 hours, at a beach club, on a yacht, at a villa or at a gala, including breaks. The length, extra hours included, is agreed beforehand.
Are there recordings I can listen to?
You can listen to the releases linked on this page or on Spotify, Apple Music and Beatport. For your event I will send a recording from a similar format.
Do you also work outside Marbella?
Yes, along the whole Costa del Sol: Estepona, Benahavís, Sotogrande, Málaga and the surrounding area. Outside Marbella, travel is shown in the quote.
Do you play at weddings in Marbella?
Yes, at VIP weddings with an open format: villas inside gated estates, inland fincas and hotels along the coast. Cocktail hour, dinner and party are prepared separately, and the moments that matter are agreed in advance with you and with whoever runs the day.
Do you play classic weddings with a host?
No. I work as a house DJ, not as a wedding host: no games, no karaoke and none of the usual banquet repertoire. For that format other colleagues are a much better fit.
